Here are a few resources for reading the commentaries of the Fathers of the Church.

Has the Nicene Post Nicene Fathers  other known as the NPNF. You can get this in book form  also.

InterVarcity Press
A series of commentaries called the Ancient Christian Commentaries.  These are good to read.

There is of course the standard commentary from the Blessed Theophylact on the Gospels -  You can find Theophylact's commentaries here along with other commentaries.
