Here are a few resources for reading the commentaries of the Fathers of the Church.

http://www.newadvent.org/ Has the Nicene Post Nicene Fathers  other known as the NPNF. You can get this in book form  also.

 http://www.ccel.org/fathers.html  This website has similar information.

InterVarcity Press has a series of commentaries called the Ancient Christian Commentaries.  These are good to read.

 http://www.amazon.com/Saint-Chrysostom-Homilies-Apostles-Epistle-ebook/dp/B003D7LVWI - Here is  a link to many homilies of St. John Chrysostom.

There is of course the standard commentary from the Blessed Theophylact on the Gospels -  You can find Theophylact's commentaries here along with other commentaries.
